I brewed this expecting just another coffee, but the blueberry sweetness really came through mid-sip and lingered nicely. The mouthfeel is genuinely silky, not watery or harsh, which made the whole cup feel premium.
The lavender and rose notes hit right away, then the blueberry sweetness lingers on the finish. That silky, clean texture makes it dangerously easy to keep sipping.
Brewed my first cup this morning and the blueberry sweetness really comes through on the finish, just like described. The mouthfeel is genuinely silky too, no harsh bitterness at all. Probably the most elegant coffee I've had in a while.
