Hario - V60 Ceramic White

Finally upgraded from a plastic dripper and the difference is night and day, the ceramic really holds temperature so my brews taste way more balanced. I love how the spiral ribs let me play with pour speeds and get different extractions each morning, it's become my favorite little ritual.

The ceramic body keeps the heat in way longer than my old plastic dripper, which made a noticeable difference in the bloom. Honestly, the pour-over ritual feels more deliberate and fun with the V60’s simple design, and I’ve already dialed in a sweeter cup than I expected on my third try.

The spiral grooves inside really slow the flow down, so I get a cleaner cup with less bitterness. Experimenting with pour speed has become my little morning ritual now.
