Každý rok nám Jhon a Nelly přinášejí lepší a komplexnější kávu. Letos nám tato sidra z Kafipamby dává tropické tóny připomínající meloun, navíc s mnoha citrusovými, květinovými a sladkými tóny. Na degustačním stole se mluvilo o agua panela s citronem a mátou jako o charakteristickém rysu této kávy. K tomu všemu má tato káva jasnou kyselost a krémové tělo. Užijte si ji!
Pouring this one immediately hits you with that melon sweetness but then the citrus and floral layers keep unfolding long after the cup cools. It’s my third time ordering from this farm and this sidra is easily the most refreshing coffee I’ve brewed all year.
This year’s batch is the most complex one yet from Jhon and Nelly—the floral side really comes through, and the tropical melon note lingers nicely after each sip. Brewed it as a pour-over and the citrus brightness balanced the sweetness perfectly.
The tropical fruit aroma jumps out of the bag the moment you grind it, and the floral side keeps things interesting without being overpowering. It brews into a cup that's both bright and sweet, a real step up from last year's batch.
