En fragancia y aroma es un café muy dulce con notas que nos recuerdan a frutos secos y cacao. En boca siguen presentes estas notas, pudiendo ser más específicas, podríamos encontrar notas a nueces y dátiles. Además, hay ligeras notas afrutadas que nos recuerdan a pera y a ciruela amarilla. Tiene un cuerpo denso, una acidez suave y un retrogusto muy agradable.
