Un microlote lavado de la granja Fellows Farms de La Inmaculada que nos aporta notas florales en fragancia junto con notas tropicales. Physalis y flor de saúco son las notas florales que encontramos, mientras que níspero y piña son las notas más afrutadas y tropicales. Tiene un cuerpo terso y una acidez melosa. Su retrogusto es prolongado y dulce.
The floral fragrance hits you right as you grind it, and the elderflower note carries through to the cup beautifully. It’s a delicate, clean washed profile that feels special without being fussy.
The physalis note really comes through in the cup—bright and slightly fruity without being sour. I brewed it as a pour-over and the fragrance alone filled the kitchen with that floral elderflower sweetness. Clean finish, no bitterness, even when it cooled down.
First brew this morning and the elderflower fragrance hit me right out of the cup—so delicate, almost like a tea. The washed process really keeps it clean, and the physalis comes through as a bright, lingering sweetness on the finish. Already eyeing the bag to order more.
