En vasket mikrolot fra Fellows Farms-prosjektet til La Inmaculada som gir oss blomsterduft i aromaen sammen med tropiske noter. Fysalis og hyllblomst er blomsternotene vi finner, mens mispel og ananas er de mer fruktige og tropiske notene. Den har en silkemyk kropp og en honningaktig syrlighet. Etterklangen er langvarig og søt.
The floral fragrance hits you right as you grind it, and the elderflower note carries through to the cup beautifully. It’s a delicate, clean washed profile that feels special without being fussy.
The physalis note really comes through in the cup—bright and slightly fruity without being sour. I brewed it as a pour-over and the fragrance alone filled the kitchen with that floral elderflower sweetness. Clean finish, no bitterness, even when it cooled down.
First brew this morning and the elderflower fragrance hit me right out of the cup—so delicate, almost like a tea. The washed process really keeps it clean, and the physalis comes through as a bright, lingering sweetness on the finish. Already eyeing the bag to order more.
