Un café natural de la región de Guji que nos recuerda en fragancia a rosas liofilizadas, arándanos confitados y frambuesa. En boca es muy dulce, donde podemos encontrar notas a azúcar blanco, chocolate con leche e higos. Tiene un cuerpo sedoso junto a una acidez jugosa que nos recuerda a los frutos del bosque. Su retrogusto es largo, agradable y muy dulce.
I brewed a cup this morning and the sweetness genuinely surprised me — it drinks like there's sugar added, but there isn't. The rose and blueberry notes come through clearly in the fragrance, and it finishes with that white sugar brightness. Definitely ordering another bag before this one runs out.
