The lychee note is what got me—it’s sweet but not cloying, and the cacao nibs underneath give it a nice grounding bitterness. Brewed it as a pour-over and the cup stayed balanced from hot to cool. Definitely ordering another bag.

The fragrance hits you right when you open the bag—deep, complex, and somehow still balanced. The cacao nibs and lychee really do show up in the cup, making every sip feel like a little experience.
