La acidez brillante en este café es exactamente lo que describen, se siente viva en cada sorbo sin volverse agresiva. Lo preparé en mi V60 y la fruta intensa quedó bien equilibrada, aunque se disfruta mejor recién molido.

The bright acidity hit me right away—exactly what I hoped for from a Kenyan lot. That intense fruitiness carries through the whole cup, and it brews beautifully as a pour-over. Definitely grabbing another bag.

Kenia's bright, berry-like acidity is usually too sharp for me, but this Kii station batch balances it with a deep, syrupy sweetness that makes every cup feel like a treat. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the fruit notes really pop as it cools.
