Dieser Kaffee zeichnet sich durch ein sehr süßes und ausgewogenes Profil mit Noten von Feigen, Milchschokolade und Kirsche aus. The crema was thick and the sweetness really came through right from the first sip—fig and milk chocolate are spot on. Even as it cooled, that molasses note lingered nicely without turning bitter.
The cup develops beautifully — starts with that milk chocolate sweetness and then the spicy, brown sugar notes kick in as it cools. I brewed it in my pour-over and the balance held up from first sip to last.
The sweetness really comes through in the cup—I tasted the milk chocolate and fig notes right away, and as it cooled the brown sugar and spice showed up nicely. It’s one of the most balanced coffees I’ve had in a while, no bitterness even on the last sip.
