Un microlot lavé du projet Fellows Farms de La Inmaculada qui offre des notes florales au parfum, accompagnées de notes tropicales. Le physalis et la fleur de sureau sont les notes florales que l'on retrouve, tandis que la nèfle et l'ananas sont les notes les plus fruitées et tropicales. Il a un corps lisse et une acidité mielleuse. Son arrière-goût est long et doux.
The floral fragrance hits you right as you grind it, and the elderflower note carries through to the cup beautifully. It’s a delicate, clean washed profile that feels special without being fussy.
The physalis note really comes through in the cup—bright and slightly fruity without being sour. I brewed it as a pour-over and the fragrance alone filled the kitchen with that floral elderflower sweetness. Clean finish, no bitterness, even when it cooled down.
First brew this morning and the elderflower fragrance hit me right out of the cup—so delicate, almost like a tea. The washed process really keeps it clean, and the physalis comes through as a bright, lingering sweetness on the finish. Already eyeing the bag to order more.
