Al naso possiamo trovare note di frutta secca come noce di macadamia e anacardi. È anche molto dolce, con note che ricordano il cioccolato al latte, il cacao in polvere e la melassa. Al palato è leggermente fruttato e ha anche una nota erbacea che ricorda la camomilla. Ha un'acidità morbida e un corpo vellutato.
