That tropical note is spot on—I got a clear hit of pineapple and kiwi on the first sip, and the finish stays sweet without turning cloying. The acidity is bright but smooth, not sharp at all, which makes it easy to drink black.

The body on this one is genuinely juicy, not just a tasting-note fantasy. I brewed it as a pour-over and that bright acidity carried through to a long, sugary finish that made me slow down and enjoy the whole cup.
