Duften og aromaen er intens og veldig søt. Vi finner noter av kandisert appelsin og 70% sjokolade. Det minner om en typisk julegodteri med sjokolade og tørket frukt. I munnen har den en mild syrlighet og en glatt kropp. Sort plomme, kakaopulver og muscovadosukker er andre noter vi finner i denne kaffen fra Etiopia med naturlig prosess.
