Im Duft ist er sehr süß, mit deutlichen Noten von Kakaopulver und Milchschokolade. Leicht fruchtig finden sich Noten von Feigen und Mispel. Im Aroma bleibt er süß und es kommen Nussnoten wie Haselnuss und Kalifornische Walnuss hinzu. Im Mund ist er dicht, hat einen honigartigen Körper und eine sehr milde Säure. Ein ausgewogener Kaffee, der solo hervorragend funktioniert und noch besser mit Milch schmeckt.
I wasn’t expecting the milk chocolate note to be this pronounced, but it’s honestly the best part of every cup. The fig sweetness lingers just long enough on the finish without ever getting cloying, and the aroma alone makes the kitchen smell like a bakery.
The powdered cocoa and figs come through just as described, but the níspero adds a bright twist I wasn't expecting. It’s sweet without being cloying, and the aroma alone is enough to make the kitchen feel cozy.
That cocoa and milk chocolate sweetness hits right away, but it's the creamy, almost velvety mouthfeel that keeps me coming back for another cup. The dried fig aroma lingers in the room long after I've finished, which is a lovely bonus.
