Brewed a cup this morning and the 70% chocolate note hits right away, like a fancy holiday dessert. It's sweet but not cloying, and the aroma alone filled my kitchen. Definitely my new go-to for slow weekend mornings.

The orange confit note really comes through on the first sip, and the 70% chocolate finish lingers nicely. It’s like a holiday treat in a mug, sweet and intense without being heavy. Brewed a cup for my sister and she immediately asked where I got it.

I’m not usually one to gush over coffee, but this one’s a Christmas-in-a-cup. That 70% chocolate note is spot on, and the aroma alone fills the kitchen with something like a baked fruit cake.
