La Inmaculada의 Fellows Farms 프로젝트에서 생산된 세척 마이크로로트입니다. 향에서는 플로럴 노트와 함께 트로피컬 노트가 느껴집니다. 피살리스(Physalis)와 엘더플라워(flor de sauco)에서 오는 플로럴한 향, 그리고 비파(níspero)와 파인애플(piña)에서 오는 과일 및 트로피컬한 향이 특징입니다. 부드러운 바디와 꿀 같은 산미를 지니고 있으며, 여운이 길고 달콤합니다.
The floral fragrance hits you right as you grind it, and the elderflower note carries through to the cup beautifully. It’s a delicate, clean washed profile that feels special without being fussy.
The physalis note really comes through in the cup—bright and slightly fruity without being sour. I brewed it as a pour-over and the fragrance alone filled the kitchen with that floral elderflower sweetness. Clean finish, no bitterness, even when it cooled down.
First brew this morning and the elderflower fragrance hit me right out of the cup—so delicate, almost like a tea. The washed process really keeps it clean, and the physalis comes through as a bright, lingering sweetness on the finish. Already eyeing the bag to order more.
