Deze koffie kenmerkt zich door een zeer zoet en gebalanceerd profiel, met tonen van vijgen, melkchocolade en kers. Naarmate de kop zich ontwikkelt, verschijnen er kruidige accenten, bruine suiker, melasse en macadamianoot, wat zorgt voor diepte en een omhullend gevoel. Het lichaam is vol en de zuurgraad is zacht en zoet, wat resulteert in een ronde espresso.
The crema was thick and the sweetness really came through right from the first sip—fig and milk chocolate are spot on. Even as it cooled, that molasses note lingered nicely without turning bitter.
The cup develops beautifully — starts with that milk chocolate sweetness and then the spicy, brown sugar notes kick in as it cools. I brewed it in my pour-over and the balance held up from first sip to last.
The sweetness really comes through in the cup—I tasted the milk chocolate and fig notes right away, and as it cooled the brown sugar and spice showed up nicely. It’s one of the most balanced coffees I’ve had in a while, no bitterness even on the last sip.
