Een gewassen microlot van het Fellows Farms-project van La Inmaculada dat ons in de geur bloemige tonen geeft, samen met tropische tonen. Physalis en vlierbloesem zijn de bloemige tonen die we vinden, terwijl mispel en ananas de meer fruitige en tropische tonen zijn. Het heeft een zachte body en een honingachtige zuurheid. De nasmaak is lang en zoet.
The floral fragrance hits you right as you grind it, and the elderflower note carries through to the cup beautifully. It’s a delicate, clean washed profile that feels special without being fussy.
The physalis note really comes through in the cup—bright and slightly fruity without being sour. I brewed it as a pour-over and the fragrance alone filled the kitchen with that floral elderflower sweetness. Clean finish, no bitterness, even when it cooled down.
First brew this morning and the elderflower fragrance hit me right out of the cup—so delicate, almost like a tea. The washed process really keeps it clean, and the physalis comes through as a bright, lingering sweetness on the finish. Already eyeing the bag to order more.
