Ett naturligt kaffe från Guji-regionen som påminner oss i doft om frystorkade rosor, confiterade blåbär och hallon. I munnen är det mycket sött, där vi kan finna toner av vitt socker, mjölkchoklad och fikon. Det har en silkeslen kropp tillsammans med en saftig syrlighet som påminner oss om skogsbär. Eftersmaken är lång, behaglig och mycket söt.
I brewed a cup this morning and the sweetness genuinely surprised me — it drinks like there's sugar added, but there isn't. The rose and blueberry notes come through clearly in the fragrance, and it finishes with that white sugar brightness. Definitely ordering another bag before this one runs out.
