Every bag is a little roulette, which keeps things exciting. The chocolatey profile I got this time brewed up incredibly smooth and balanced. It's become my go-to for when I want a break from my usual routine.

The surprise factor is the best part — one bag gave me a cocoa-heavy cup, the next a brighter fruity one, and both brewed up perfectly balanced. I actually look forward to not knowing what profile I'll get.

Got the bag and every cup has been a little surprise — one morning it's all dark cocoa, the next it's brighter with fruit. That variety keeps it interesting for my daily espresso routine. Solid roast, no complaints.
